Finnish real estate investor Logian has acquired a prime logistics and warehouse property next to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport.
Completed in 2018, the property offers approximately 25,000 m2 of leasable area, featuring temperature-controlled warehouse space.
The warehouse is fully leased to Finnish group Wihuri, serving as the main distribution center for their food-service wholesale business.
This property presents possibilities to boost its environmental credentials, such as installing solar panels and upgrading its energy efficiency.

Located in Aviapolis, next to Helsinki Airport, the property offers access to key transportation hubs, facilitating faster and more efficient distribution across the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and Finland.
CBRE and Merilampi Attorneys advised the seller on the deal, while Hannes Snellman Attorneys represented the purchaser.
Owned by Finland’s largest pension insurer Keva and Finnish investment company Mrec Investment Management, Logican targets logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties in Finland.
