The 10,000-m2 green office building in the Prins Willem Alexander quarter of The Hague is due for delivery on 1 January 2011.
OVG announced on Thursday that it had reached agreement on the sale with Innova Investments, the Dutch partner of Lloyds Fonds. Property adviser 3 Stone Real Estate acted for the buyer, while Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten and Loyens & Loeff advised OVG.
