According to well-informed sources, second round bids are due in mid-September for Belgium’s largest shopping centre. It is understood that the asking price is around €400 mln which would reflect a yield in the low 4% range.

The property arm of Belgian insurer AG appointed brokers JLL and CBRE to sell the 45,000 m2 shopping centre earlier this year.
