Lisa Neubüser joins Invesco RE

Invesco Real Estate (IRE), the global cross-border property investment manager, has announced the appointment of Lisa Neubüser as an associate within its pan-European hotel fund management team.

This brings to six the number of dedicated hotel real estate staff at the firm, with Neubüser providing support on all hotel transactions, as well as on fund and asset management initiatives. In common with the existing team, Neubüser comes with experience from both the real estate and hotel operator side.

She joins from CB Richard Ellis Hotels where she has been working in the hotel valuations and consultancy services department for almost three years and has been involved in strategic reviews of individual hotels and hotel portfolios across the UK and Europe including capital investment assessments, disposal strategies and hotel asset management.
