Lips Capital Group owns a diversified real estate portfolio in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Canada. The investment portfolio comprises both commercial and residential property. Lips Capital Group combines asset management with development, financing and risk management. The portfolio totals some EUR 2 bn including investments and projects under development.
