LIP Invest is expanding its team with the hire of Jan-Nicolai Tröndle, an expert in the field of logistics and real estate previously employed at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Grieshaber Logistics Group.
Tröndle was recruited for the role of acquisition manager, and will be responsible for expanding the acquisition and purchasing division as well as developing relationships with project developers, brokers, portfolio owners, owner-occupiers and all other owners of logistics properties in order to open up new purchasing potential.
He started his carrer as a project manager at Grieshaber Logistics Group, and gained professional experience in the field of contract logistics and warehousing. He then worked for one and a half years in transaction consulting for industrial and logistics real estate at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Stuttgart.
