The property covers a total of 21,500 m2, including 1,000 m2 of office space. It was completed in autumn 2020 and received a DGNB Gold certification for sustainable construction. The asset is currently rented to Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG on a long-term basis. The company, which is part of the Rosenberger Group, is a major manufacturer of connection solutions in the fields of high-frequency, high-voltage and fiber-optic technologies.

LIP was able to secure the logistics property early on during the construction phase. The seller is GreenRock, an owner-managed company based in Traunstein and Munich.

‘We had our eyes on the region even before the completion of the A94. With China’s entry into the ports of Piraeus and Venice, more and more delivery traffic is coming to Germany via the new Mediterranean Silk Road. The Bavarian regions along the A92, A94, A3 and A8 will be of increasing importance for logisticians with international goods traffic as well as with eastern and southern European distribution areas. In addition, the location is attractive due to the high demand from the strong regional economy,’ said Bodo Hollung, partner and managing director of LIP Invest.
