Logistics real estate investor LIP Invest has appointed Daniel Pahl as general counsel and head of transaction management.
Pahl will be responsible for all buying and selling activities at LIP, including the legal and financial structuring of acquisitions of existing properties, project developments and sites, as well as managing the due diligence processes.
He will also be responsible for fund financing. As experienced lawyer and real estate economist, Pahl worked as a lawyer for the Frankfurt law firm AC Tischendorf and most recently for Bethge real estate lawyers in Hanover. Prior to joining LIP, he was an advisor in real estate transactions and legal asset management.
In addition, Pahl has extensive corporate experience in the real estate industry, at firms including Hochtief and Patrizia.

LIP is working on six acquisitions at the moment representing an investment volume of €75 mln. Including these current purchases, the LIP funds now hold a total of 28 properties.
