Orco Property Group announced on Tuesday that Keith Lindsay has been appointed CEO of the Central European investor's hospitality arm. Lindsay will be responsible for Orco's MaMaison Hotels & Apartments assets and the Suncani Hvar Hotels in Croatia. In addition, he will be responsible for the asset management of the group's hotel properties and new investments, whether owned directly or in partnership with others.

In addition, he will be responsible for the asset management of the group's hotel properties and new investments, whether owned directly or in partnership with others.

Lindsay joins Orco from AIG Global Real Estate, where he was the global head of hospitality investments. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer of Envergure and Louvre Hotels, the second-largest European chain of hotels.

Orco is based in Luxembourg and listed on Euronext and the Prague, Warsaw and Budapest stock exchanges. An investor, developer and asset manager in the Central European real estate and hospitality market, Orco has EUR 2.5bn of assets under management.
