Asset manager Limestone Investors, acting on behalf of a family office, has announced the acquisition of the Meeûs 37 office building in Brussels in a share deal worth €25 mln.

Asset manager Limestone Investors, acting on behalf of a family office, has announced the acquisition of the Meeûs 37 office building in Brussels in a share deal worth €25 mln.

Built in 2008, the asset provides 4,699 m2 of office space fully leased to a number of tenants including KfW Bank and Regus. It is located near the Gare du Luxembourg, in the European business district of the Belgian capital.

Kearney Asset Management was responsible for asset management and for the sale on behalf of the vendors, private investors from Ireland. JLL advised the vendor on the deal.
