French property company Fonciere LFPI has acquired Le Wilson office building in Levallois Perret, in the Ile-de-France region from insurance group CNP Assurances. The complex provides some 12,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space entirely let to several tenants. The transaction price amounts to around EUR 50 mln, according to French magazine Business Immo.

Fonciere LFPI was advised by AEW Europe. Law firm Morin advised the buyer, while the seller was legally advised by Monassier. Financing was provided by Credit Mutuel's BECM unit.

Founded in 2005, Foncière LFPI focuses on commercial property in the Ile de France region as well as the main French regional cities. The company owns a portfolio consisting of 130 assets with a value of EUR 677 mln.
