Real estate capital advisory Lexi Finance has announced the appointment of Robert Sadler as its new senior associate.
Sadler has joined Lexi Finance after over a decade in commercial real estate, working in both loan origination, relationship management and real estate capital advisory for institutions including CBRE, Deutsche Pfanbriefbank and Metro Bank.
Prior to joining Lexi Finance, he was an associate director at CBRE where he was responsible for working with the debt advisory team.
Before that, he was a commercial banking director at Metro Bank where he was responsible for leading a team of seven managers and analysts and oversaw a commercial real estate loan book of more than £1 bn with the purpose of maintaining existing relationships and growing the loan book.
