Robert C. Spies Nordics, the Copenhagen-based branch of the German real estate advisor Robert C. Spies, brokered the sale.
Christoph-A. Böhme, head of investment Nordics at Robert C. Spies Nordics ApS, who brokered the deal, said: ‘We are pleased to have advised on this transaction in a prime location in Copenhagen. The investment market in Denmark offers a safe environment due to its stable regulatory conditions and relatively simple as well as transparent transaction process. As a result, interest in the real estate investment market has increased strongly among both national and international investors.’
