LeadCrest Capital Partners (LeadCrest), a fund exclusively dedicated to sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments in Europe, has announced the hire of Assi Toivakka Kelly as head of Investments, Nordics.
Toivakka Kelly joins LeadCrest in Paris where she will be responsible for sourcing and executing sale-leaseback investments with a particular focus on that strategic region where LeadCrest has deep relationships and track record.
Toivakka Kelly has been working for nine years in investment and real estate industries in Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining LeadCrest, she was a vice president in a real estate investment and development business in Finland. Before that, she was working as a senior analyst at Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC) in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on unlisted real estate investments.
Her earlier experience is in consulting in property economics at Urbis and capital markets advisory at CBRE.
