Located 5 km from Montargis, a 90-minute drive south of Paris, the 6.5 ha site has been acquired from a private owner with the full support of the municipality and the Communauté d’Agglomération de Montargis et des Rives du Loing.

The Class A logistics building will offer storage and offices, with the possibility to divide, and will be certified BREEAM Very Good.

The site is ideally located to develop all types of logistics activity, serving both national and local markets such as Orléans and Ile de France.

Redevelopment will start as soon as the building permits are obtained and the plan is to deliver the project in May 2024.

James Markby, managing partner LCP, commented: ‘This new acquisition fits our brownfield site redevelopment strategy and demonstrates once again LCP’s ability to navigate complex real estate, provide real value creation, and address the strong occupier demand in structurally supply constrained markets.’

LCP currently manages over €1.2 bn of income producing logistics assets, and a further €2.5 bn of development in its pipeline in seven countries.
