Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), Germany's largest federal state bank and a major real estate lender, has provided DLE Logistik Fonds with a €100 mln financing for a portfolio of logistics assets.
The properties are situated in key locations across Germany, and are almost fully leased.
DLE Group operates in Germany and Poland in the development, debt and asset management space.
International law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) advised LBBW on the financing deal.
BCLP’s team for LBBW was led by partner Torsten Pokropp. The law firm has over 1,275 lawyers in 30 offices globally.
Torsten Pokropp joined BCLP with a team of five partners in 2022. This move doubled the size of BCLPs Finance team in Germany.
