Acting under the instructions of LaSalle Investment Management, Nelson Bakewell has let the 15,000 square feet (1,400 m2) space for £32.50 per square foot until September 2018, with a break in 2014 and 12 months rent-free. The space was comprehensively refurbished into modern air-conditioned accommodation after LaSalle's previous tenant vacated the floor. As part of the deal, FFW will take a further 5,500 square feet on the same floor when existing leases expire later in the year. Following this successful deal, NB has been appointed to let a further 20,000 square feet on the 6th floor, with potential for an additional 30,000 square feet over the next 18 months.
