LaSalle Investment Management has announced the acquisition of the Eurocenter II office tower in the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam on behalf of the Encore+ investment fund.
The asset, which comprises 11,500 m2 over 14 floors, was sold by Dutch pension fund Stichting Philips Pensioenfonds.
The building is let to tenants including JC Decaux, Pathé Theatres, Fonterra, Gemalto and Kawasaki Heavy Industries.
LaSalle was advised by JLL, Houthoff Buruma and CVO Group. CBRE and law firm Loyens & Loeff acted for the vendor.
