LaSalle Investment Management has sold the Proxima 2 office building in Montreuil, near Paris to BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management. The property was owned by LaSalle French Fund II and was divested for nearly EUR 20 mln.
LaSalle Investment Management has sold the Proxima 2 office building in Montreuil, near Paris to BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management. The property was owned by LaSalle French Fund II and was divested for nearly EUR 20 mln.
The asset is earmarked for the BNP Paribas-managed fund, SCPI Accimmo Pierre, Primopierre et Immobilière Privée France Pierre. Delivered in 2008, the scheme offers 4,200 m2 of office space as well as 61 parking spaces on two levels. It is fully leased to a subsidiary of bank BNP.

LaSalle French Fund II was launched in 2006 when it raised over EUR 338 mln of equity from a wide range of European and North American investors.
