LaSalle Investment Management has sold two logistics platforms in the Paris region to Standard Life Investments for an undisclosed price.
The sale was carried out on behalf of LaSalle French Fund II.
The two buildings in Brie-Comte-Robert provide 64,000 m2 and 24,000 m2 respectively, representing a total of 90,000 m2. They are rented to Point P and DSC, part of the Saint Gobain group.
BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the seller.
