LaSalle Investment Management has acquired a retail park in the Polish city of Wroclaw for €27 mln.

Futura Park was bought from IRUS for the Encore+ open-ended fund, which is managed by LaSalle and Aviva Investors. The 20,200 m2 property is LaSalle’s first investment in the CEE region.

The centre contains 22 retail units, with Carrefour and Castorama as anchor tenants, and a footfall of more than 1.5 million visitors per year.

The vendor, IRUS European Retail Property Fund, was set up in 2007 by European retail specialist Neinver to focus on outlet centres.

Dentons, KPMG, Savills and JLL advised LaSalle on the transaction.
