LaSalle Investment Management has acquired a portfolio of seven specialist stores in the Siegerland region of Germany from several private investor. The investment volume was close to EUR 45 mln. The properties will be placed in the LaSalle German Retail Venture Fund. All stores have long-term lease contracts and are leased by companies from the Rewe-Group.
