LaSalle fund sells 25,000 m2 Swedish office

LaSalle Investment Management has sold an office building in the Swedish IT centre of Kista to Nordika Fastigheter (Nordika).

The financial details were not disclosed. LaSalle was acting on behalf of its Euro Growth II Fund.

The property comprises 25,000 m2 with office space, a restaurant, a gym and some private schools. It is located close to the city of Stockholm along the E4 highway to the airport. Existing tenants include European firms including Ericsson, Infineon and ReadSoft.

Tenzing based in Stockholm advised LaSalle Investment Management on the deal.

LaSalle Euro Growth II is a closed-end pan-European real estate fund with an investment capacity of €1 bn.
