LaSalle Investment Management said on Friday it is putting the Metris office building in Munich on the market.

The 12-storey asset, located in Munich Arnulfpark at the Donnersbergerbrücke, is owned by LaSalle German Income & Growth Fund (GIG), a closed-end property fund that owns around EUR 1 bn of German commercial property.

Colliers International is advising LaSalle on the deal.

'The almost fully let Metris has become an urban symbol of Munich. The sustainability-oriented design will receive LEED certification. We now see a favourable point in time to sell the building,' commented David Ironside, director of LaSalle.
