LaSalle Investment Management has acquired the Groot Willemsplein office property in Rotterdam, reliable sources told PropertyEU.
The asset is a 12,000 m2 office on Willemsplein which LaSalle IM bought on behalf of its E-Regi fund. The price is put at €36 mln, reflecting a yield of around 6%.
The asset is let to several tenants including Joulz, Mendix, Grant Thornton and Chemgas. Delivered in 2012, it boasts a Breeam 'Very Good' environmental rating. It includes 70 parking spaces.
E-Regi has the status of a German KVG open-ended fund which invests in core properties across Europe. The fund focuses on assets in the top one-third of locations in LaSalle’s European Regional Economic Growth Index.
