The global real estate investment manager with $47 bn (EUR 36 bn) in funds under management was acting on behalf of a private client.
The 3,800 m2 prime leisure scheme was developed in 2005. It incorporates five restaurants and is anchored by an eight-screen Cineworld multiplex cinema.
The Parkway is situated directly opposite The Arc Shopping Centre, a dominant shopping centre within the historic town of Bury St Edmunds in West Suffolk.
