LaSalle Investment Management has acquired Airedale Centre in the West Yorkshire town of Keighley in the UK at a net initial yield of 10%.
The investment volume was £22 mln (€25 mln).
The Airedale Shopping Centre, which opened in 1968, is a multi-let shopping centre totalling 17,000 m2. The centre comprises 84 retail units, a 460 space multi-storey car park and is located adjacent to the town centre bus station.
The tenants include Next, Boots, WH Smith, Argos, JD Sports, Poundland, and Thomas Cook.
LaSalle Investment Management has some $47 bn (€35.5 bn) of private and public property equity investments under management worldwide.
