Amsterdam-headquartered property company Larmag has acquired the Doemere retail park in Almere, the Netherlands, for €46.1 mln.
The asset was purchased from local players Urban Interest and Built to Build, a private investor and developer respectively.
Doemere is a retail park measuring 46,145 m2 and divided over 5 buildings. The retail park houses a range of DIY stores such as Gamma, Kwantum & Praxis and furniture stores such as Leen Bakker, Beter Bed, Goossens, Montel and other consumer focused companies like BCC and Mc Donalds.

Urban Interest and Built to Build were advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate in collaboration with City Real State.
Larmag was advised legally by Baker Mckenzie and commercially by Partners in Real Estate.
