Swedish lender Landshypotek has sold an office building in Stockholm to private investment firm Industricentralen for just under SEK 600 mln (EUR 66 mln). Landshypotek said it has made a profit of around SEK 250 mln on the deal.

Built in 1904, the 6,560-m2 Bodarne 14 property in central Stockholm received interest from tens of investors during the sale process run by Tenzing. Industricentralen emerged ahead of two other parties which presented binding bids.
Major tenants in the building include Landshypotek with 1,600 m2, and RBS Nordisk Renting.
Also in Sweden, Vasakronan has sold the Rosteriet 7 commercial property in Liljeholmen for SEK 200 mln. The buyers are SSM Bygg och Fastigheter and the Swedish pension fund Alecta Pensionsförsäkring, which plan to redevelop the asset into a residential complex.
Rosteriet 7 currently offers almost 14,000 m2 of commercial space near the Liljeholmen subway station.
