Landsec buys additional 25% stake in Bluewater mall

UK REIT Landsec has completed the acquisition of an additional 25% share in the Bluewater shopping centre from Lendlease Retail Partnership for £172 mln (€203 mln) representing a net initial yield of 8.15% and an equivalent yield of 8.25%.
