UK REIT Land Securities has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank as joint leasing agents for the Zig Zag office project in London.
The Zig Zag Building is due to be delivered in early 2015 as one of two buildings to replace the former Kingsgate House at 70 Victoria Street in London, SW 1.
Designed by Patrick Lynch, The Zig Zag Building will offer 17,700 m2 of office space, with multiple roof terraces. Situated next to Westminster City Hall, The Zig Zag Building and neighbouring Kings Gate residential apartments are the latest developments in Land Securities' £2 bn (€2.3 bn) transformation of Victoria.
Other elements include designed apartments at Wellington House and commercial buildings 62 Buckingham Gate and 123 Victoria Street.
