The Rotterdam division of the Dutch Land Registry has signed a lease for 4,700 m[sup]2[/sup] of office space at the Lotus Rotterdam project in the port city. Property advisor DTZ Zadelhoff said the Land Registry, Kadaster in Dutch, is taking the space in an eight-storey, 5,700 m[sup]2[/sup] property being developed by OVG Projectontwikkeling. The Land Registry plans to move its staff in Rotterdam to the Lotus scheme in mid-September.

Lotus comprises 53,000 m2 of space divided over four free-standing office buildingsin a park setting. The first three buildings have been delivered and are leased by Royal Haskoning, ABB and LogicaCMG.
