Compagnie La Lucette is putting EUR 200 mln worth of properties on the market as part of its disposal plan for 2009. In a statement on Thursday, the French SIIC said that it will put up for sale its Colisee office building at La Defense in Paris, providing some 25,000 m2 of office space, as well as its Messine building in the eighth arrondissement which consists of around 8,500 m2 of office space.

Both assets were acquired in March 2006. Colisee, which was partially renovated last year, was acquired two years ago for EUR 185 mln.

La Lucette said it has already closed the sale of over EUR 50 mln of properties in the first quarter of 2009, including the Hotel Radisson in Boulogne Billancourt and a 50,000 m2 logistics site in Moreuil.

Additionally, the company has signed two new long-term leases for its Crystal park building in Neuilly. The tenants, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IFF, have renewed their lease on 90% of the building through 2020.
