La Française Real Estate Partners International (La Française REPI) has announced the acquisition of an office asset in Berlin, on behalf of one of its real estate investment vehicles.
The M-Eins asset is located in the Mediaspree district, in the eastern part of Berlin and is entirely let to online fashion retailer Zalando.
Completed in the second quarter of 2017, the seven-storey asset provides 13,300 m2 of lettable office space. It was developed and sold jointly by OVG Real Estate and LBBW Immobilien. It is expected to receive a DGNB Gold certification.
