The multi-let complex consists of three buildings providing a total of 7,110 m2 and 300 parking spaces. It was developed by lilloise Kieken and delivered in late 2007.
BNP Paribas REIM and Arthur Loyd advised on the deal.
Earlier this month, La Française REM bought an office project in Nantes from developer Adim Ouest as well as the Latitudes office complex in the business park near the Montpellier airport from the European Added Value Fund (EAVF) managed by AXA Real Estate.
