La Française REM has acquired a 14,400 m2 office building development in Pantin, in the northeastern suburbs of Paris, from BNP Paribas Immobilier.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The project, earmarked for one of La Française's SCPI funds, is located in the Grands Moulins new district of Pantin and provides a total of 14,400 m2 of office accommodation as well as 133 parking spaces. It is 50% pre-let to bank BNP Paribas.

Designed by architects Reichen & Robert and Studio Authier, the scheme boasts an 'Exceptional' rating under HQE environmental standards. Delivery is planned for the second half of 2015.

The buyer was advised by notary firm SCP Montre Cartier while SCP Thibierge acted for the vendor.
