La Française Real Estate Managers has bought Le Minéralis office building in the southern Paris suburb of Montrouge from German insurer Munich Ergo Asset Management for EUR 101 mln.
Completed in 2006 by developer Carlyle Group, the scheme offers around 15,600 m2 of space as well as 305 parking spaces. It is leased to one tenant with a 12-year rental agreement running to 2019.
Law firms Gourret and 14 Pyramides advised the buyer. CBRE Capital Markets acted for the vendor.
Earlier this month the French fund manager also bought Le Stratège office building in Puteaux, in the western suburbs of Paris, from IVG Institutional Funds. The transaction amounted to over EUR 25 mln.
Française Real Estate Managers is a specialist in SCPI fund management, with EUR 6.2 bn of property assets under management.
