La Française REM has acquired the Aviso tower in Puteaux near Paris from the OPCI Capital Pierre Diversifié investment fund managed by Weinberg Capital Partners.
The acquisition was made on behalf of four of La Française REM-managed SCPI funds.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Renovated in 2011, the tower provides 10,900 m2 of HQE-certified office space and is fully let to electronics giant Sony on a long-term lease.
La Française REM was advised by Catella Property and Etude Allez. Ares Avocats and C&C Notaires acted for the vendor.
