French asset management group La Française has streamlined its €25 bn real estate division by combining all its real estate activities under a single brand, La Française Real Estate Managers.
The new name replaces La Française Real Estate Partners International in the UK and in Germany. Additionally, the group has created two sub-divisions – institutional and retail - to better serve the diverse needs of its investor base.
The institutional division will be headed by David Rendall, currently managing director of La Française Real Estate Partners International. It will be responsible for adhoc real estate investment solutions specifically designed for institutional investors on Core/Core+, Value Added and Opportunist strategies.
The division will have Jens Goettler, Peter Balfour and Leslie Villatte as country heads for Germany, the UK and France respectively.
The retail division, under the supervision of Marc-Olivier Penin, director of La Française Real Estate Managers, will cover all real estate investment solutions and services specifically targeting retail investors, including the group’s wide range of French collective real estate investments vehicles.
