La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) has announced the appointment of Thierry Molton and Guillaume Allard to the executive board, effective from April 2023.
They will succeed Marc-Olivier Penin and be responsible for the co-management of La Française REM's retail division, in charge of the real estate offer tailored to private clients, including collective real estate investment vehicles and unit linked vehicles for insurers.
David Rendall will continue to manage La Française REM's institutional - France and International division.
Molton has 28 years’ experience in real estate. He started his career as an auditor in 1995 with the audit and accounting firm Vivian et Associé in the Real Estate Department before joining Foncière Bellecour as financial director.
Three years later, with Management Business Property, Molton became director of Real Estate and financial operations. In 2008, he joined La Française Real Estate Managers, first as director of Real Estate Operations and Financing and then as director of Asset Management. He is currently director of Commercial Real Estate Assets at La Française Real Estate Managers, a position he has held since 2020.
Allard has 16 years' experience in real estate. He started his career in 2007 with DTZ Eurexi as a Project manager and then joined La Française Real Estate Managers in 2011, first as a real estate portfolio manager and then as a real estate fund manager. In 2017, he was promoted to director of Fund Management SCPI. He is currently Director of Finance - Retail Funds, a position he has held since 2021.
