Paris-based La Française Group has reported significant inflows for 2016, with nearly €1.4 bn raised through property funds and direct investments as of 31 July.

Collective real estate investment vehicles (SCPI) raised €389 mln, while other collective vehicles raised nearly €600 mln, more than half of it generated in Asia.

The mandate activity of La Française Real Estate Partners, which focuses on core / core-plus, value-added and opportunistic strategies, reported further growth with more than €360 mln raised.

'Thanks to our strong fund-raising activity total group assets under management have progressed significantly, exceeding our target for year-end,' said CEO Patrick Rivière. 'The multi-expertise development strategy implemented by La Française is proving its merits. International inflows remain significant, and this trend is set to become even more pronounced before the end of the year.'


With nearly €4 bn raised right across its multi-affiliate business model, driven mainly by the institutional and international segment, La Française Group recorded more than €57 bn in assets as at 31 July.
