La Française Real Estate Managers has bought an office building under construction in Toulouse's eco-friendly district.
The six-storey building in Cartoucherie has a total surface area of 4,128 m2 and has 30 underground parking spaces. It is currently 55% let to a government agency under a fixed nine-year lease. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2017.
The asset was acquired from the Carle Group by a green real estate investment vehicle, as part of La Française's socially responsible investment strategy. The Carle Group is building and selling a total of 12,000 m2 of office space in the Cartoucherie district.
CBRE advised both parties on the transaction.
