La Française Real Estate Managers has acquired the Bordeaux campus of the ESGCV business school for a collective real estate investment vehicle.
The off-plan development is located in the heart of the new Bassins à Flot destrict, connected to the city centre by the Chaban Delmas bridge.
The G3 office building has a total surface area of 6,194 m2 and 25 covered parking spaces. It will be partly occupied by the ESGCV business school, part of the Studialis network, initially on a 9-year fixed lease. Delivery is planned for September 2016.
