La Française Real Estate Partners has announced the acquisition of a 18,420 m2 office building at 6 place d’Alleray in the 15th arrondissement of Paris for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition was made on behalf of a major French institutional client. The vendor was JP Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM).

The building was entirely redeveloped between 2012 and 2014 as part of a turnkey project for telecom operator Orange which moved into the premises in April 2015. The building boasts a HQE Excellent and BBC renovation environmental certification.

'The quality of the tenant along with a recent long-term lease were key elements in the decision to acquire this historic site for Orange which has been fully restructured,' commented Patrice Genre, chairman of La Française Real Estate Partners.

The buyer was advised by Baker & McKenzie, Fidal, Préjean Audit & Conseil and Alexandre Déchin Devriendt Hoang.

The vendor was advised by Freshfields and Allen & Overy, S2i and Allez & Associés.
