The firm is recruiting Patrick Heddini as new project manager in Stockholm and Joakim Riström as new business developer in Mälardalen. Both will assume their positions after the summer and will play an important role in the firm's project and property development efforts. Kungsleden is also recruiting Malin Evertsson internally as a new project manager in Mälardalen.

Heddini will assume his position as project manager Stockholm in August. His most recent position was at Fabege, where he has worked since 2012, the last three and half years of which as project manager. The appointment is part of Kungsleden’s ambition to work even more actively with value-creating property development.

At the same time, Riström will assume the position as business developer in Mälardalen. His most recent position was as property director at Mälarenergi. Prior to this, he worked as project manager at NCC and business developer at Castellum.

'We are pleased to have completed two strong recruitments in Patrick and Joakim. They will be key to Kungsleden’s efforts with value-creating property development, which is a crucial component of our business strategy,' said Hanna Brandström, head of people and culture at Kungsleden.

Kungsleden is also recruiting Malin Evertsson internally as a new project manager in Mälardalen. She has previously worked as a property manager and has long-standing experience within Kungsleden of working closely with customers and on tenant improvements.
