Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden is selling four properties in Malmo, and one in Vasteras, west of Stockholm, to Oslo-based NLI Eiendomsinvest. The sales price is SEK 605 mln (EUR 66 mln), SEK 85 mln (EUR 9.3 mln) above book value. The property yield calculated on sales price is just under 7%.

The properties have total lettable floor-space of 97,600 m2, the majority being industrial/warehousing premises, and a minority, offices. This property portfolio has a rental value of just over SEK 55 m (EUR 6 mln). The properties will be transferred on 1 June 1 2007.
