Swedish commercial property firm Kungsleden has sold off two Gothenburg assets for a total of €24m.
The sites covered a combined total of just over 8,000 m2, and continue the firm´s efforts to streamline its Swedish portfolio.
Kungsleden claims a profit of around €5.5 mln on its original purchase price. Both assets were bought by property firm Sigillet Fastighets.
´We’re pleased to have sold the properties to a locally-based landlord at a very healthy profit,´ said Kungsleden transaction manager Ylva Sarby Westman.
