Swedish listed property company Kungsleden has disposed of three properties in Sweden for a total of SEK 207 mln (€22.1 mln).
The divested assets comprise an office property in Kalmar, sold to Stenvalvet, an office building in Visby and an industrial property in Motala.
Kungsleden said it was selling the assets for a combined profit of SEK2 mln so it can focus its portfolio on chosen growth regions. The deals mean the company has exited Kalmar and Visby.
