Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden has hired Frida Stannow Lind and Andreas Norberg. Norberg has been employed as a project manager in transactions, and will work on property transactions and analysis. He is currently director of CBRE's Capital Markets division, where he has been advising on transactions for the past eight years.

Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden has hired Frida Stannow Lind and Andreas Norberg. Norberg has been employed as a project manager in transactions, and will work on property transactions and analysis. He is currently director of CBRE's Capital Markets division, where he has been advising on transactions for the past eight years.

Frida Stannow Lind has been employed as a business developer; her duties will include developing Kungsleden's property Botvidsgymnasiet (Botvid Senior High School) in Slagsta, west of Stockholm. Frida has broad experience of the property sector, holding various executive positions since 1992, for companies including Niam, Drott, Locum, and most recently as Property Development Manager for Ebab.
