Stockholm-listed property firm Kungsleden is strengthening its team with the appointments of Anders Lind as the new head of business development for Stockholm and Charlotte Adlerton Gadd as business developer in Gothenburg.

Kungsleden in Stockholm is also being strengthened with the appointment of Henrik Egnell as market area manager.

Lind will assume his position as head of business development for Stockholm on 28 June, also leading the work of the other two business developers in Region Stockholm. He was most recently employed as project manager and project development manager at Castellum. The appointment of Lind is part of Kungsleden’s ambition to work even more actively with value-creating property development.

Gadd commenced her employment in April in a newly created post as business developer in Region Gothenburg/Malmö. She is based in Gothenburg and works primarily with business development in the Gothenburg market area. Gadd was most recently employed as business developer at Skanska. She also has experience of long-term management from her previous role as market area manager at Platzer.

Egnell will assume the role of market area manager in Stockholm and be responsible for the three clusters of Stockholm City West, Stockholm City East and Västberga.

Egnell was most recently employed as market area manager at Lundbergs and has extensive experience from the real estate sector. He will start at Kungsleden on 21 June.
